When we meet you for a consulting session we let you take the center stage and talk about the yourself, your business and the issues and challenges you are facing. This gives us an opportunity to learn more about you and your business. During our consulting session with you, we ask you some key questions which help us to see beyond the evident symptoms and understand the nature of the problem.

Our consulting starts with a free casual session. A chance to get acquainted and explore our working chemistry. Then depending on the size of the project we will spend however amount of time and effort necessary to analyze and figure out possible solutions best fitted to your business.

How can this be done? Is this possible at all?

We will analyze your business and the problems you are facing, and then come up with a set of possible solutions and help you choose.

How long would it take and how much would it cost me?

After finding the right solution, we define the steps necessary required to put the solution in place. Based on the scope of the project we estimate the project budget and time required to deliver the end result.

What are the risks involved?

We won't give you a risk-free solution, because there exists none. There are always risks involved with any type of project. We will, however, explain the possible risks and help you understand how to avoid them or reduce the impact.

Can you help us to implement it?

After agreeing on approximate project scope, schedule and risks, we will start the project. Our agile development process will iteratively review the requirements, our design and implementation and give you feedbacks on every stage of the development. This way we keep you involved throughout the project development process, so you know about your project status at any given time.
